Welcome to the website of the Africa Anti-Counterfeiting, Brand Protection & Public Health Expo 2026 (“the Event”), organised by IEC Exhibitions Ltd (“the Organiser,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing this website, registering to attend, exhibiting, sponsoring, or engaging with the Event, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Organiser Information

2. Definitions

  • “Exhibitor” — any company or individual purchasing exhibition space or sponsorship.

  • “Delegate / Visitor” — any individual attending the Event as a participant or guest.

  • “Website” — the official Event site located at https://dmfsafrica.com.

  • “Contract” — the binding agreement between the Organiser and Exhibitor/Sponsor upon confirmation of booking and payment.

3. Event Details

  • Event Name: Africa Anti-Counterfeiting, Brand Protection & Public Health Expo 2026

  • Organiser: IEC Group

The Organiser reserves the right to amend dates, venue, format, or content if circumstances require. Any change will be communicated promptly to all confirmed participants.

4. Registration & Payment

Exhibitors and Sponsors

  • Exhibition or sponsorship space is confirmed only after a signed booking form and deposit are received.

  • Full payment must be completed by the due date stated on the invoice.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation or reassignment of space without refund of deposit.

Delegates and Visitors

  • Delegate registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment (if applicable) and a confirmation email.

  • Delegate passes are personal and non-transferable without written approval from the Organiser.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • By Exhibitors/Sponsors: Written notice is required. Cancellations more than 60 days before the Event may be refunded minus a 25 % administrative fee. No refunds within 60 days.

  • By Delegates: Tickets are refundable (minus 20 % fee) up to 30 days before the Event; non-refundable thereafter.

  • By the Organiser: If the Event is cancelled due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government order, etc.), fees will be credited toward a future edition or refunded at the Organiser’s discretion.

6. Exhibitor Obligations

  • Exhibitors must adhere to build-up and breakdown schedules issued by the Organiser.

  • Booth design, branding, and demonstrations must comply with venue safety regulations.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their displays and equipment against loss or damage.

  • Subletting or transferring stand space without written consent is prohibited.

7. Delegate Conduct

All delegates and attendees must conduct themselves professionally and comply with venue, health, and safety regulations.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals who engage in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property

All event materials, branding, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent from IEC Group.
Exhibitors retain ownership of their own materials but grant the Organiser a non-exclusive licence to use their company name and logo for event marketing.

9. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing and documentation purposes.
Images and videos may be used across digital, print, and broadcast media without additional approval or compensation.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting registration or exhibitor details, you consent to receive relevant event communications.
You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Liability

  • The Organiser will take reasonable measures to ensure event safety but is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons except where caused by proven negligence.

  • The Organiser shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.

12. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, or public emergencies.

13. Amendments

IEC Exhibitions Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be posted on this website and will apply immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
